My Nourish & Nidra evenings are all about turning your awareness inwards and settling into a slower pace of life. Even if the world outside doesn’t slow down, we will create this container of peace and calm to help you to nourish the body and soul and listen in for any insights and wisdom.
These incredibly powerful evenings focus around two standalone practices of Yoga Nidra - a lying down meditation that anyone can take part in, regardless of experience or ability.
Yoga Nidra promotes deep rest and relaxation so is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety. It offers you a space to explore and welcome in all sensations, emotions and experiences in a non-judgemental and open way.
Alongside the Yoga Nidra I weave in several Yin Yoga poses which are designed to deeply stretch the bodies connective tissue and awaken the subtle energies to kick-start your bodies healing capacity.
So if by the end of the week your energies are depleted, you tend to sleep the weekend away rather than enjoy it or you’re looking for a long-term solution to stress and poor sleep patterns, then join us for a different kind of Friday evening.
