Why I created this programme
Why work with me?
My journey into yoga began over 20 years ago, seeking relief for my exhausted body. I soon found that yoga offered more than physical relief; it became my lifeline, shaping who I am today. I struggled with shyness and inadequacy, often settling for less. Yoga helped me reconnect with myself, healing old wounds and igniting my passion for life.
I have completed over one thousand hours of Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher Training. In 2023, I earned a Distinction for my Masters Degree in Mindfulness, with a thesis on the benefits of connecting with nature. Though I don’t have all the answers, yoga and mindfulness has been a source of healing and transformation, guiding me through life’s challenges. This is why I’m driven to share my experience with other wellness practitioners, with the aim that both they and their students will highly benefit from these amazing practices as much as I have.
