Yes you read it right - Toga Yoga in celebration of St Alban and the Roman origins of our city!
As part of the 10-day St Albans Roman Festival, I will be bringing an extra special yoga workshop to the Abbey Orchard overlooking the Cathedral.
Join me for a fun, invigorating and grounding yoga workshop while taking in the unique and spiritual setting of St Albans Cathedral.
Beginners welcome as no experience necessary, just a love of the outdoors and nature!
After your class enjoy healthy drinks and snacks and enjoy the rest of the festival at your leisure.
Toga costumes optional but there will be a prize for the best dressed!
To practice yoga outdoors is very special; feeling the sun (or wind or occasionally rain!) on your skin during the practice is so life affirming.
The forest is continually changing & there is a different view to enjoy from your yoga mat every time. What better way to take some time out for yourself & spend some time in nature?
~ Lindsey Hamilton
No experience necessary but a willingness to be in nature in all weathers essential!
