Join me in this amazing, historic space before it opens to the public and experience the tranquility and unique energy that the Museum holds.
During each workshop you will move through softly flowing yoga poses, tune into your own breathing to energise the body and leave feeling just a little lighter than when you arrived.
There will also be a different theme each month drawing on the current seasons wisdom and will connect to the Museum’s collections and ties to the natural world.
After your class enjoy healthy drinks and snacks and exclusive access to an exhibition or gallery before the Museum opens to the public.
No experience necessary so why not join us for a fun, invigorating practice in a unique location? Follow it with a trip to Tring Town for lunch and a walk round the stunning Tring Park - the absolute perfect day out with friends!
'Unique and extraordinary setting for my practice today! My first trip to the beautiful market town Tring to attend a workshop with Louise Neicho from Woodland Yoga.
The session was inspired by Autumn Releasing, creating space to release and let go! Louise’s soothing voice and experienced guidance was amazing! Thank you Louise, I can’t wait for more.'
