These incredibly powerful evenings focus around two standalone practices of Yoga Nidra - a lying down meditation that anyone can take part in, regardless of experience or ability.

The Autumn Equinox is a time of balance, where day and night are equal and where we prepare to journey into the darker months of the year.
During our gathering we will take time to honour this change and rediscover how we are connected with Mother Earth.
With a deeply nourishing yoga practice, mindful movement, chanting, pranayama and meditation, we will quieten the mind and awaken the spirit to the world around us.
Enjoy a unique yoga workshop inspired by the Museum’s connections with the natural world, followed by healthy drinks and snacks and an exclusive visit to the Walter Rothschild collection before the museum opens to the public.
Tune in to your own breathing to energise your body, before moving through a series of ancient yogic movements and poses that connect with the Museum’s collections and ties to the natural world. Each workshop will have a different theme drawing on the current seasons wisdom.
