HERTS KIRTAN - CONNECT TO

YOUR HEART

Exciting news! Kirtan is coming to Hertfordshire as a collaboration between Soraya, Sarah and Louise, who studied sound and kirtan with Nikki Slade, the UK’s #1 western style kirtan leader.

Kirtan is the yoga of sound and a form of meditation that effortlessly quietens the mind and opens the heart to bring us into a state of calmness, bliss, joy and connection.

Absolutely no experience necessary of chanting or yoga and you don’t have to be a great singer. The idea is that we come together as one to repeat simple Sanskrit mantras that create a high vibrational frequency within helping us to heal, gain clarity and rediscover our true Self.

About Louise Neicho

Louise has been a student of yoga for more than 20 years and a teacher for 8. She is constantly exploring the huge range of practices and benefits it offers and more recently discovered the healing powers of mantra and kirtan. Louise says the reason she keeps coming back to kirtan is that it brings her home to her hearts core, it strips away the layers of self-doubt and brings an inner peace and joy that permeates the rest of her life.

About Sarah Neville

Sarah is a massage and Reiki therapist, and trained Gong Master and Sound Healer. She offers regular Sound Bath and Gong Meditations, as well as one-on-one sessions, in Hertfordshire and London. Sarah was introduced to the power of chanting a few years ago. She has experienced profound transformation in her own life as a result and is so happy to share this joyful, grounding and uplifting practice. Sarah intuitively uses her voice and other musical instruments to leave you feeling peaceful, refreshed, nourished and energised. Kirtan doesn’t require you to be some-one or believe any-thing. There is nothing to do but let it take you where you need to go.
