Take your practice to the next level with this dynamicadvanced flowing class that will focus on utilising the strength and stamina built over a regular practice to explore more challenging postures.
As well as strongly flowing sun salutations we weave in arm balances, inversions, strong standing balance postures and hip openers. Our aim is to move into and out of each asana with ease and balance, a quiet mind and a ﬁrm connection to the earth, as well as actively seeking the relationship between movement and breath.
This deeply physical experience honours yogic philosophy which teaches us the skill of discipline, the importance of self-awareness and ultimately the necessity of surrender. Expect to work hard, sweat and leave feeling lighter than air.
Designed for those with a regular practice of at least six months.
