Private Tuition with Louise

During our sessions, I’ll be there to offer gentle adjustments and alignment cues, ensuring that each element of the session feels right for you. Together, we’ll explore ways to deepen your practice and unearth the essence of your true self.

Each session is uniquely tailored to meet your individual needs and interests, creating a sacred space where you can explore, grow, and flourish. So whether you’re seeking to deepen your practice or simply longing for a safe, supportive environment to begin your yoga and mindfulness journey, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

At Woodland Yoga, we offer personalised programmes tailored to your needs. With take-home practice notes and recordings, sessions can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly, or monthly to suit your availability.
